Although we haven’t yet decided on a real name... the decision to plant a new church in an old building is for real.  In partnership with area churches and believers around the country, we are restoring the old Mt. Zion church building to be a thriving hub of community activity and spiritual resource for the people of northeast Portland.

Some questions you might ask:

1. 1)Why NE Portland?
   

Within a short 3.5 mile radius of the church building there are estimated to be 220,000+ people living.  In the same area there are estimated to be less than 6000 followers of Jesus. 

2. 2)When is it starting?
   

Now!  The Stills’ will be moving to Portland on August 29th to begin work on establishing relationships and sharing life with others in the community.

3. 3)How do you start a church?
   

First, PRAY!  Then Pray some more...

4. 4)How can I participate?
   

Do you live in the Portland area and need a church to call home?  Do you desire a relationship with the Jesus of the Bible or want to grow deeper in your relationship with him?  Are you a believer that wants to be involved in what God is doing in our area?  Contact us regarding our weekly meeting and how you might be involved.
